Responsibilities: • Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision • Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction • Lead generation • Commercial lead follow-up • Commercial sales • Set commercial appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • Independent and self motivated • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Real estate license is requiredCommission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $70,000 - $165,000 at plan
