Responsibilities: • Guide clients in identifying and evaluating lucrative commercial investment opportunities. • Facilitate seamless buying, selling, and leasing processes by providing expert advice and support. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers to become a trusted advisor. • Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate trends and opportunities. • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for property listings. • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for clients to ensure successful transactions. • Utilize our robust support system to focus on client interactions while administrative tasks are managed. Qualifications: • Must be comfortable using CRMs and digital communication platforms. • Real Estate License or currently in the licensing process. • Detail-oriented and highly organized with time management skills. • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Compensation: $115,300 - $225,200 yearly
