Responsibilities: • Serve as a point of contact for new buyer and seller inquiries • Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email • Gather client information and understand their real estate needs • Coordinate with licensed agents to schedule consultations and tours • Maintain consistent communication throughout the client journey • Support administrative follow-up and documentation as needed Qualifications: • Active real estate license (required) • 1+ year of experience in real estate preferred (residential or commercial) • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Self-starter with a business development mindset • Passion for commercial real estate and long-term growth • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally • Comfortable working with clients and managing follow-up tasks • Commission-based position • Reliable transportation and a driver’s license are required Compensation: $135,000 - $225,000 yearly
