Responsibilities: • Represent buyers, sellers, and investors in commercial real estate transactions • Conduct market research and property analysis for asset types, including office, retail, multifamily, and hospitality • Generate and qualify leads through networking, prospecting, and marketing channels • Prepare and present investment packages and proposals • Leverage in-house branding, marketing, and tech support to grow your pipeline • Maintain regular client communication and manage transaction timelines Qualifications: • Active real estate license (required) • 1+ year of experience in real estate preferred (residential or commercial) • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Self-starter with a business development mindset • Passion for commercial real estate and long-term growth Compensation: $135,000 - $225,000 yearly
