    As a Commercial Real Estate Agent, you will work directly with clients, including landlords, tenants, buyers, and investors, to facilitate commercial real estate transactions.     Key Responsibilities:

    Represent landlords, tenants, buyers, and investors in commercial transactions

    Prospect and build new client relationships

    Negotiate lease agreements and sales contracts

    Prepare market reports and property analyses

    Manage deals from listing to closing, ensuring smooth and timely transactions

    What We’re Looking For:

    Texas Real Estate License (required)

    Commercial real estate experience is preferred; however, motivated residential agents are welcome to apply

    Strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills

    Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for unlimited earning potential

    Ability to work independently, manage multiple deals, and prioritize tasks

    Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, or a related business field (preferred)

    At least one year of real estate sales experience, commercial or residential

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

    This role requires frequent domestic travel
