A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its Charleston office. This is a strong growth opportunity for an attorney skilled in real estate transactions, finance, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development

• Draft and negotiate complex real estate agreements

• Advise on zoning, entitlements, joint ventures, tax assessments, and governance

• Manage and close real estate transactions with limited supervision

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school

• Admission (or eligibility) to the South Carolina Bar

• 5+ years in commercial real estate law

• Strong knowledge of finance, zoning, land use, and joint ventures

• Experience with developers, lenders, and institutional clients preferred
