Background:

Our client is a regional full-service business law firm with a strong history of performance in support of their clients and an established reputation within the legal community. They are currently in need of a solid Commercial Real Estate Attorney in Raleigh.

Requirements:

• Law degree (JD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• 3-5 years of commercial law experience. 
• Attorney must have proven experience handling the entire process of a commercial real estate transaction through closing.
• Active member of the NC Bar. 
• Must be established in NC as a CRE attorney

Location:  Candidate must live in NC.
