    The Opportunity

    As a Commercial Real Estate Broker, you’ll help shape the local economy by connecting businesses and investors with the right properties. You’ll build a client portfolio, develop long-term relationships, and grow into a high-performing advisor within the SVN platform.

    This role is ideal for someone who:

    Loves business development and networking

    Enjoys building real client relationships

    Thinks like an owner, landlord, buyer or tenant

    What You’ll Do:

    You’ll spend your time doing the work that creates a real pipeline:

    Generate leads through networking and proactive outreach

    Build and grow a book of business (tenant, landlord, investor, owner-user)

    Serve as a trusted advisor to clients

    Present proposals, opinions of value, and executive briefings

    Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities

    Maintain consistent client communication and follow-up

    Mentor and support newer brokers (as you grow into leadership)

    What We’re Looking For:

    We’re hiring people with the mindset to build.

    Active Commercial Real Estate license

    Also open to non-licensed candidates who want a career, not a job (we’ll discuss the path forward)

    Entrepreneurial mindset and strong drive to succeed

    Team-oriented with leadership qualities

    Excellent written and verbal communication

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
