A boutique CRE firm with a well-established lender-side practice and a compensation model that rewards deal-making ability, not class year. The base runs $140,000--$500,000 depending on your ability to independently run deals, plus a discretionary bonus and a 25% origination credit on business you generate -- upside that typically doesn't exist below the equity partnership level. Deal flow is concentrated in high-demand sectors: industrial complexes and data centers, two asset classes seeing outsized transaction volume. Deals are typically $100M+. This is a direct-client-contact role with real autonomy in a boutique environment -- not a seat on a large team where your role is narrowly defined.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll run lender-side commercial real estate financing transactions from start to finish -- loan documentation, construction loans, mezzanine structures -- as the primary point of contact for private lender clients. You'll work directly with partners and a paralegal team on deal flow spanning the United States, with a focus on industrial complexes and data centers.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 4--15 years of lender-side commercial real estate finance; must be able to independently run deals from inception to closing.
\- Draft and negotiate loan documents for transactions typically $100M+ (construction loans, mezzanine financing, and related structures)
\- Serve as primary point of contact for sophisticated private lender clients
\- Manage deals across multiple US markets; experience with industrial or data center asset classes a plus
\- Collaborate directly with partners and paralegal teams in a fast-paced environment
