Responsibilities: • Originate floating-rate commercial real estate loans • Establish and maintain relationships with loan brokers • Analyze the loan applicant's financials • Conduct site visits and evaluate properties and locations • Meet and communicate with loan applicants and assess their financial needs • Determine appropriate pricing and loan structures • Coordinate with all parties to facilitate loan closing Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong good interpersonal client relations skills • Minimum (2) years of commercial lending experience required • Experience in handling construction loans is a plus • Demonstrated team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Ability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness effectively • Solid accounting and credit analysis background required • Must be highly familiar with the real estate markets in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio Compensation: $100,000 at plan earnings
