    We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer to lead our business development efforts in the Dallas market. In this role, you will be responsible for originating commercial real estate loans and building strong relationships with loan brokers and prospective borrowers. Your work will play a key role in expanding our lending footprint across Texas. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio real estate markets, backed by a solid foundation in accounting and credit analysis to ensure sound underwriting and deal structuring. Responsibilities: • Originate floating-rate commercial real estate loans • Build and maintain strong relationships with loan brokers • Review and analyze financial information from loan applicants • Conduct site visits and evaluate properties and locations • Meet and communicate with loan applicants and assess their financial needs • Determine appropriate pricing and loan structures • Coordinate with all parties to facilitate loan closing • Maintain interpersonal connections with loan applicants Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong interpersonal client relations skills • Minimum (2) years of commercial lending experience required • Experience in handling construction loans is a plus • Demonstrated team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Ability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness effectively • Solid accounting and credit analysis background required • Must be highly familiar with the real estate markets in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio Compensation: $100,000 at plan earnings
