Harwood Lloyd, LLP is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal in our transactional group. The position requires hands on experience with our transactional attorneys to draft legal documents, and opening, maintaining and organizing client files. Whether it's monitoring attorney's calendars and answering client calls with a professional telephone etiquette, or scheduling Zoom meetings, your accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail ensure that things are done right the first time.

** QUALIFICATIONS FOR A COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE PARALEGAL**

• Bank Loan Reviews
• Experience reviewing title commitments
• Preparation of commercial leases, purchase and sales agreements, and closing binders
• Experience communicating directly with clients
• Coordination of closings and meetings
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Prefer experience with eCourts and foreclosures but not required
• Detail oriented
• Current technological skills
• Team player
