Responsibilities: • Provide expert advice on real estate investment strategies customized to meet client objectives. • Conduct thorough property analyses, including Broker Opinion of Value (BOV), market comparables, and extensive industry research. • Develop and distribute impactful marketing materials to showcase exclusive listings effectively. • Actively seek new client opportunities to expand professional network within the commercial real estate sector. • Negotiate and finalize exclusive listing agreements, purchase agreements, and sales contracts. • Maintain well-organized documentation and efficiently manage client databases. • Lead training sessions to enhance the skill set of fellow commercial agents. • Foster teamwork and offer guidance and support to colleagues within the team. Qualifications: • To be considered for this position, it is required to possess a valid Florida Real Estate License. • An in-depth knowledge of the local commercial real estate market is a fundamental requirement. • Strong communication abilities and adeptness at building relationships are essential qualities. • Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining connections with industry stakeholders is a key attribute. • Stay informed about economic trends, interest rates, and market conditions affecting commercial investments. • While not mandatory initially, having a CCIM designation would be advantageous. • A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred, but not obligatory, to commence in this role. Compensation: $120,000+ annually
