Commercial Real Estate Sales Specialist – Build a High-Income Career in a High-Impact Industry If you're a driven sales professional who is ready to step into one of the most rewarding and financially compelling corners of real estate, this is your opportunity to build something substantial inside a high-performing team that is genuinely invested in your long-term success. Whether you're coming from a real estate background or transitioning from another sales career entirely, we provide the training, mentorship, and resources needed to help you thrive in the commercial space from the very beginning. In this role you'll work with clients to identify strong investment properties and development opportunities, provide expert guidance through the buying, selling, and leasing process on commercial transactions, and build the kind of lasting relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers that establish you as a trusted and go-to advisor in the commercial real estate market. These are meaningful, high-stakes conversations with real business impact on both sides, and the professionals who approach this work with seriousness and genuine client focus are the ones who build careers with serious long-term income potential. You'll have access to comprehensive training, personalized mentorship, and proven strategies designed to accelerate your development and set you up for sustainable success in this industry. A strong support system is in place to handle administrative tasks, marketing materials, and social media management so you can keep your focus where it belongs — on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. The commission-based structure means your effort has a direct and immediate impact on what you earn, with no ceiling on what is possible for the right person who shows up consistently and puts in the work. A valid real estate license is required to work with clients, or the motivation to obtain one — we will guide you through that process. Local market knowledge is helpful but not mandatory — what matters most is a genuine ability to build and nurture professional relationships and a real desire to develop expertise in the commercial space over time. First-year earning potential when goals are met: $180,000+ This is not just another sales role. It is a genuine opportunity to grow into a leadership position in a thriving industry with real long-term upside.
