Responsibilities: • Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers • Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision • Commercial Lead Generation • Commercial lead follow-up • CRM and database mastery • Follow the plan • Nurture in-house agents and teams for referrals Qualifications: • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising • Self motivated and self sufficient • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • Proven negotiating and communication skills • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $165,000 at plan commissions
