Responsibilities: • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations • Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision • Commercial Lead Generation • Commercial lead follow-up • CRM and database mastery • Follow the plan • Nurture in-house agents and teams for referrals Qualifications: • Skilled in industry practices and lease language • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Proven negotiating and communication skills • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $165,000 at plan commissions
