Responsibilities: • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner • Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth • Commercial Lead Generation • Commercial lead follow-up • CRM and database mastery • Follow the plan • Nurture in-house agents and teams for referrals Qualifications: • Independent and self motivated • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • A real estate license is required • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $165,000 at plan
