Responsibilities: • Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations • Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally • Commercial Lead Generation • Commercial lead follow-up • CRM and database mastery • Follow the plan • Nurture in-house agents and teams for referrals Qualifications: • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Independent and self motivated • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • Excellent communication and negotiating skills • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan
