Responsibilities: • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements • Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients • Lead generation • Commercial lead follow-up • Commercial sales • Set commercial appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Independent and self motivated • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising • Real estate license is required • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $145,000 at plan
