Responsibilities: • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process • Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations • Lead generation • Commercial lead follow-up • Commercial sales • Set commercial appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient • Real estate license is required to work with clients and earn commissions • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $160,000+ at plan earnings
