Responsibilities: • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal • Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction • Lead follow-up • Commercial lead generation • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Network and nurture in-house agents and teams for commercial referrals • Set and execute appointments • Close sales • Sales script mastery Qualifications: • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • Excellent communication and negotiating skills • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $135,000 at plan commissions
