Responsibilities: • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data • Lead follow-up • Commercial lead generation • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Network and nurture in-house agents and teams for commercial referrals • Set and execute appointments • Close sales • Sales script mastery Qualifications: • Skilled in industry practices and lease language • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Independent and self motivated • A real estate license is required in order to work with clients • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $160,000 at plan commissions
