Responsibilities: • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data • Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers • Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision • Commercial sales • Commercial lead generation • Commercial lead follow-up • CRM and Database management • Sales talk mastery • Set appointments • Execute appointments Qualifications: • Independent and self motivated • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Excellent communication and negotiating skills • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $170,000 at plan
