Responsibilities: • Serve as point of contact for new buyer and seller inquiries • Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email • Gather client information and understand their real estate needs • Coordinate with licensed agents to schedule consultations and tours • Maintain consistent communication throughout the client journey • Support administrative follow-up and documentation as needed Qualifications: • Real Estate License required or in progress • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to build rapport quickly and professionally • Comfortable working with clients and managing follow-up tasks • Commission-based position Compensation: $97,000 - $195,000 yearly
