Responsibilities: • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data • Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision • Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising Compensation: $150,000 at plan
