Responsibilities:
Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, cold calling, and referrals
Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions
Conduct property valuations, market analyses, and investment underwriting
Negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and letters of intent on behalf of clients
Maintain an active pipeline of listings and investment opportunities across the LA market
Collaborate with internal teams on marketing strategies and property presentations
Stay current on market trends, cap rates, and commercial real estate investment activity
Requirements:
Active California Real Estate License required
3+ years of experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing, or investment services preferred
Strong understanding of commercial property types including office, retail, industrial, and multifamily
Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven work ethic
Proficiency in CRM platforms, CoStar, and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously
