Responsibilities: • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients • Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally • Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth Qualifications: • Independent and self motivated • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • Excellent communication and negotiating skills • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices Compensation: $100,000 - $500,000 yearly
