Responsibilities: • Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner • Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction • Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential • Business Development: Develop new clients and business opportunities. • Client Satisfaction: Ensure the satisfaction of buyer and seller clients through exceptional service • CRM Use: Be or become proficient and using our CRM, FollowUpBoss • Commit to training: Participate in webinars, coaching sessions, and classes • Accountability: Desire to be held accountable to achieve outstanding results Qualifications: • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Self motivated and self sufficient • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • Must have an active Georgia Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one • Able to deal with tremendous levels of stress and work long hours • Ability to moderate emotions when everyone else is losing theirs • Ability to accept rejection and see it as the customer's loss • Excellent spoken and written communication skills • Strong negotiation skills • Team-focused with a business-minded spirit • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented • Willingness to be held accountable Compensation: $170,000 yearly
