Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue commercial real estate opportunities in the Houston market • Conduct market research, property valuations, and financial analysis • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and investors • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging opportunities • Leverage technology to streamline transactions and support business growth Qualifications: • Hold an active real estate license (or be in the process of obtaining one) • Show genuine interest and/or experience in commercial real estate • Bring strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills • Manage multiple transactions effectively in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrate a self-motivated, enterprising mindset • Prospect for new business through cold calls, networking, and industry events • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants Compensation: Strictly Commision Role - Oppurtunity for $100,000+
