Responsibilities: • Identify and cultivate commercial real estate opportunities • Conduct market analysis, property valuations, and financial assessments • Build long-term relationships with clients and investors • Stay informed on industry trends and commercial market conditions • Utilize powerful technology to streamline transactions and business expansion • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship Qualifications: • Active real estate license or pursuing one • Experience or interest in commercial real estate • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment • Enterprising mindset and self-motivated drive • Prospect for new business through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants) Compensation: $125,500 at plan earnings
