    Larson Realty Group is seeking a driven, knowledgeable Commercial Real Estate Sales Manager / Team Leader to lead and develop our growing commercial team. You’ll be responsible for training, managing, growing, and supporting a team of 5–10 commercial agents across multiple asset classes — from retail to multifamily and beyond. This is a leadership position ideal for a seasoned commercial agent ready to move into a management role or a proven mentor who thrives in a collaborative, performance-driven environment. Responsibilities: • Train, support, and coach commercial agents to improve performance and close deals • Hold team members accountable for production and growth goals • Assist in recruiting new agents as the commercial division expands • Provide guidance on deal structure, negotiations, and best practices • Promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the team • Utilize tools and resources such as CoStar, LoopNet, CREXi, etc. Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate sales • Transactional experience across a variety of commercial property types • Strong communication, leadership, and mentorship skills • Sales coaching or team management experience is a plus • Familiarity with commercial real estate platforms and CRM systems Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 yearly
