Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base. • Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process with confidence and clarity. • Conduct market research to provide clients with up-to-date insights and investment advice. • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, investors, landlords, and tenants. • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and strategies for success. • Negotiate property deals to achieve the best outcomes for our clients. • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote available properties effectively. Qualifications: • Real Estate License or currently in the licensing process. • Experience in sales, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships. • Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities with enthusiasm and strategic insight. • Proven track record of guiding clients through complex transactions with clarity and confidence. • Strong skills in market research to provide clients with timely insights and investment advice. • Ability to negotiate effectively to secure favorable outcomes for clients. • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote properties. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and share knowledge effectively. Compensation: $150,400 - $325,000 yearly
