Responsibilities: • Identify and evaluate potential investment properties and development opportunities to maximize client returns. • Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes, ensuring smooth and successful transactions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor. • Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate trends and opportunities. • Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that align with client goals and market conditions. • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales and leases to achieve favorable outcomes for clients. • Prepare and present detailed property reports and proposals to clients, providing clear and actionable insights. Qualifications: • Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one. • Experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field. • Ability to make outbound calls, texts, and emails with confidence and professionalism. • Proven track record of setting appointments and managing client interactions effectively. • Strong organizational skills to manage client data and communication in a CRM system. • Ability to prepare and present basic reports on weekly activities and conversions. • Experience in responding promptly to inbound inquiries and leads. • Ability to follow up consistently with prospects until contact is made and maintained. Compensation: $125,500 - $257,500 yearly
