Responsibilities: • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients • Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process Qualifications: • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • Independent and self motivated • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising • Real estate license required in order to work with clients Compensation: $160,000+ at plan earnings
