Responsibilities: • Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision • Lead follow-up • Commercial lead generation • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Network and nurture in-house agents and teams for commercial referrals • Set and execute appointments • Close sales • Sales script mastery Qualifications: • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Independent and self motivated • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • A real estate license is required in order to work with clients • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $160,000 at plan commissions
