Buyer Specialist Responsibilities:

Assist the Lead Agent by showing commercial and residential properties to buyer clients

Identify properties that meet the buyer’s criteria after a needs analysis

Close buyer clients to contract offers

Drive buyer clients to properties

Help clients refine their needs and wants after viewing homes

Find homes and commercial properties that match client criteria

Requirements:
