Responsibilities: • Act as a mediator to negotiate property prices and ensure the accuracy and legality of sales transactions in San Diego, CA, US • Provide clients with comprehensive market area research to support well-informed decision-making processes • Organize and participate in property inspections to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements • Evaluate business properties, consider maintenance costs, renovation options, financing details, and analyze data effectively • Foster relationships to cultivate potential growth opportunities within the industry Qualifications: • To be successful as a Commercial Real Estate Sales Specialist in San Diego, CA, US, it is required to hold a valid Real Estate License or show a strong willingness to obtain one • Possessing a basic understanding of marketing and advertising will be advantageous for this role • Essential for this position is familiarity with real estate industry practices and lease language • Demonstrating effective negotiation skills and strong communication abilities is a necessity • Success in this role greatly benefits from being an independent and self-motivated worker Compensation: $112,300 - $225,000 yearly
