    CRG Commercial is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Team Leader in the Boston area to lead and grow a high-performing commercial sales team. This role is designed for a licensed commercial real estate professional who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and building a team the right way—without having to personally handle recruiting. We are a boutique commercial real estate firm that facilitates all types of commercial transactions, including leasing, sales, investment, and owner-user deals. As a Team Leader, you will guide agent development, support deal strategy, provide accountability, and help agents grow into consistent producers. This is a leadership role rooted in real production, collaboration, and long-term growth—not a corporate management or administrative position. This role requires an active real estate license and is intended for experienced commercial professionals ready to lead within an established platform that has built market credibility since 1992. Responsibilities: • Maintain current knowledge of market conditions, property values, legislation, and trends that may and do affect the real estate industry • Coach your team and others in all aspects of brokerage, including but not limited to industry knowledge, job discipline, and best practices • Maintain and uphold the highest ethical and legal standards • Set and execute market strategy • Secure new and expanded client relationships • Coordinate and manage sales and leasing activity, acting as a resource for more junior brokers and serving a QC function • Compile property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, and presentations for listing or tenant representative assignments • Prepare Request for Proposals (RFP) and review RFP responses Qualifications: • Extensively detail-oriented and organized • Ability to make sound judgments based on imperfect information • Bachelor's degree preferred • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software • Valid real estate license in RI • 5 - 10 years of commercial real estate experience • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Self-motivated and goal-oriented Compensation: $95,000 - $120,000 at plan earnings
