Attlee Realty, a boutique commercial real estate firm based in McKinney, TX, is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Transaction Coordinator to join our high-performing team of sales agents on commercial real estate acquisitions, land, and development deals. The ideal candidate for this role is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing complex CRE transactions with a willingness to work in a collaborative environment among other transaction coordinators and staff across other departments. This is a very tech-savvy position, so strong technology aptitude is required. Responsibilities: The CRE Transaction Coordinator will manage and ensure all details of every transaction are handled efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: • Administration and tracking of commercial real estate transactions from contract execution to closing and post-close follow-up. • Review and summarize details of transactional documents. • Track, calendar, and report critical dates. • Coordinate and manage both pre- and post-closing requirements, including drafting contract documents, CDAs, addenda, listings, and other documents as needed, and closing out the project in the system. • Responsible for document file management and maintaining various property databases. • Perform a wide array of general administrative duties. • Schedule appointments and keep calendars current. • Database/lead management/assistance in CRM. • Facilitate commission invoicing and closing dates with the accounting department. • Ensure and manage the quality and timeliness of transaction information entered into CRM and other databases. • Research as needed. • Managing various pipeline reports through managed software systems. • Reporting to management on any requested reports. • Enforcing compliance as it relates to the transaction process. Qualifications: • Texas Real Estate license is preferred. • Fluent in TREC policy and requirements for transaction compliance purposes. • Strong background in managing commercial transactions. • Experience and understanding of commercial transaction processes • Have a strong technology aptitude. • Be an exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, and have exceptional analytical, decision-making, and follow-up skills. • Be a self-organized team player who can cross-manage multiple priorities at one time while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. • Willing to work and collaborate with other team members across other departments. • Have a learning mindset. • Have a passion for Real Estate and enjoy working in a fast-moving environment. • BS or BA is desired. • 5+ years of equivalent work experience supporting executive-level management (or have prior business ownership experience). • Working knowledge of the following is highly preferred: Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Google Workspace, Zipforms, DocuSign, CoStar, LoopNet, MLS+, and other commercial marketing platforms, Salesforce or similar CRM software systems, STDB/ESRI, AirTable, and Zoom/Google Meets. Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
