    Attlee Realty Commercial About the Role We’re looking for a Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Transaction Coordinator to support our growing team of agents and help keep deals moving forward smoothly from contract to close. This role plays an important part in bringing organization, communication, and follow-through to each transaction. You’ll work closely with agents, clients, and partners to help ensure timelines are met and details are handled with care. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in commercial real estate, title, finance, or related areas is helpful, along with a strong comfort level with technology and systems. Important Notes: • No remote or hybrid work options are available. This is an in-office position. • Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted. Responsibilities: In this role, you will support and manage the transaction process from start to finish, including: • Assisting with transaction coordination from contract through closing and follow-up. • Reviewing documents and helping track important dates and deadlines. • Keeping timelines organized and helping ensure things stay on track. • Supporting the preparation and organization of transaction documents. • Maintaining accurate files and updating systems/CRM. • Assisting with database management and reporting. • Coordinating with internal teams, clients, and third parties as needed. • Helping with general administrative and research tasks. • Supporting listing and marketing efforts where needed. Qualifications: • A Texas Real Estate license is preferred. • Experience in real estate transactions (commercial preferred). • A C-level communicator with exceptional analytical, decision-making, and follow-up skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay proactive while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support the team • A BS or BA is desired. • Our office platforms include (but are not limited to): Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Google Workspace, Gmail, Zipforms, DocuSign, CoStar, LoopNet, MLS+, and other commercial marketing platforms, Salesforce or similar CRM software systems, STDB/ESRI, AirTable, and Zoom/Google Meet. Compensation: 65,000 - $75,000 yearly
