What You’ll Do:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration units, walk-ins, ice machines, and HVAC systems

Service and repair hot-side kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, flat tops, and more

Perform preventative maintenance across a variety of equipment

Communicate clearly with clients and team members

Provide on-site repair quotes and collect customer payment info

Keep your company vehicle clean, organized, and fully stocked

Collaborate with teammates to complete projects efficiently

What You Bring:

1–3 years of experience in commercial refrigeration or HVAC/R (required)

Familiarity with commercial kitchen hot-side equipment (preferred)

EPA Type II Certification (required)

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Clean driving record and valid Colorado Driver’s License

Dependability, professionalism, and customer-first attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and 100 lbs occasionally

Willingness to work in all weather conditions and tight spaces

Perks & Benefits:

Pay: $35–$45 per hour (based on experience) + Bonus

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts + overtime/on-call options
