KC Mechanical is looking for an experienced Refrigeration Technician to join our growing team.

We’re a locally owned Vermont business with nearly 30 years serving restaurants, schools, and food service operators across Chittenden, Lamoille, Washington, Franklin, Orange, and Addison Counties. Who We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in commercial refrigeration or HVAC/R

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Clean, professional work habits and solid communication skills

Comfortable using iPads or service software for ticketing and documentation

High School Diploma or GED

Able to lift 60 lbs, push 100 lbs, and pull 50 lbs

Experience with commercial kitchen equipment is a plus—but we’ll train the right person with solid refrigeration experience.

Position Details

Full-time W2 employment (not subcontracted)
