    Job Description

    The Commercial Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with clients, business partners, and key commercial accounts.

    In this role, you will serve as an important point of contact between Dinamic AS Group and its commercial partners, helping understand their needs, coordinate solutions, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure a consistently professional client experience.

    The ideal candidate is organized, confident in professional communication, commercially minded, and capable of managing multiple relationships while maintaining a strong focus on service and business development.

    Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing commercial clients.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts and business partners.
    • Understand client objectives, needs, priorities, and potential business opportunities.
    • Identify opportunities to expand existing commercial relationships.
    • Support client acquisition, retention, and relationship development initiatives.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are addressed efficiently.
    • Conduct professional follow-ups with clients, prospects, and business partners.
    • Assist with proposals, presentations, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and account activity.
    • Monitor account performance and identify areas for improvement or growth.
    • Help resolve client concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
    • Develop a strong understanding of company services and communicate their value effectively.
    • Support broader commercial and business development strategies.
    • Represent Dinamic AS Group professionally in meetings and business interactions.

    Additional Information
