    Are you a relationship-focused commercial lender with a strong credit background and a drive to grow business? We’re looking for a Commercial Relationship Manager III to join our team and help us serve and expand a high-value portfolio of commercial clients—including C&I, CRE, and SBA loans.

    You’ll act as a trusted financial partner to businesses in our community, structuring smart credit solutions, managing risk, and creating long-term client success. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys both strategy and service, with room to grow alongside a forward-thinking, community-based bank.

    What You’ll Do

    · Manage a portfolio of commercial loans with a focus on client satisfaction, credit quality, and profitability

    · Source new business through networking, referrals, and community engagement · Lead credit analysis, loan structuring, and presentation of loan requests · Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, full-service banking solutions · Serve as the go-to contact for your clients, building relationships that last

    What You’ll Need

    · 7+ years of experience in commercial lending, with at least 3 years managing portfolios directly

    · Strong knowledge of credit underwriting, financial analysis, and loan structuring · Proven business development and relationship-building skills · Experience with SBA or CRE lending is a plus · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)

    What to Expect

    · Work Environment: Professional office setting with frequent off-site client visits

    · Physical Demands: Extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, and occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs.). Must be able to hear and understand normal conversation and speak clearly.

    · Travel: Primarily local during business hours; occasional overnight travel for training or events · Location: Plaquemine, LA

    · Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
