About the Role
The Commercial Banking Relationship Manager develops, manages, and grows commercial client relationships while delivering tailored financial solutions. This role focuses on business development, credit structuring, and relationship management for complex commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain profitable commercial relationships
Source new business through proactive outreach and networking
Provide financial advice and customized banking solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs
Analyze credit, financial statements, and cash flow
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of commercial banking or related experience
Proven business development and consultative sales skills
Strong credit, underwriting, and relationship management expertise
Excellent communication and client service skills
