    A leading community business bank is seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join its North Bay Commercial Banking team.

    This is a high-impact, client-facing role responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of commercial banking clients while driving new business development to support ongoing loan, deposit, and treasury services growth goals. The ideal candidate will leverage a strong local network and a consultative approach to deliver customized financial solutions aligned with the goals of business clients and their leadership teams.

    The role requires deep expertise in commercial credit, as well as a comprehensive understanding of treasury management, deposit, and lending products. As a trusted advisor, the Senior Relationship Manager will provide strategic insights, identify opportunities to deepen relationships, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive and responsive service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage, retain, and expand a portfolio of commercial banking relationships.

    • Develop new client opportunities through active market presence and referrals.

    • Analyze, structure, and negotiate complex credit transactions.

    • Deliver tailored financial solutions across credit, treasury, and deposit services.

    • Act as a strategic advisor to business owners and leadership teams.

    • Conduct regular in-person and office-based client engagements.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred.

    • 7–10 years of commercial banking experience, including portfolio management and credit underwriting.

    • Proven track record in new business development and relationship growth.

    • Strong knowledge of commercial credit, treasury services, and deposit products.

    • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.

    $150,000 per year
