    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepare detailed cost estimates from drawings, specifications, and scope documents
    • Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing for labor, materials, and equipment
    • Solicit, review, and level subcontractor bids from our established directory
    • Develop preliminary and final estimates
    • Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and with clients
    • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • Support bid presentations & project handoff

    Required Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial construction estimating
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
    • Experience with estimating software Buildertrend & Microsoft Excel preferred
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines

    Benefits & Schedule:

    • Ten Mile Construction holds a standard schedule of M-F 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

    • Lunch Break: 30 minutes (mandatory, unpaid)
