Join a growing team in Columbus, Ohio with a leading company specializing in metal, wood, stone, and facade restoration and maintenance. We’re seeking a motivated Apprentice/Helper who is eager to learn the trades and grow into a skilled trades person.

- Shifts: Primarily 2nd & 3rd shift, occasional 1st shift.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the cleaning, prepping, refinishing, and restoring of architectural metal, wood, and stone surfaces
- Perform tasks such as stripping, polishing, removing scratches, and restoring surface textures.
- Pay close attention to the grain, texture, and unique characteristics of each material.
- Follow the instructions and guidance of experienced team technicians.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean jobsite.
- Employ methods and processes to eliminate waste.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of construction or hands-on trade experience a plus but not required; trades/vocational school applies.
- Experience or interest in carpentry, masonry, or metalwork a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures.
- Experience working with aerial equipment (swing stage; ariel lifts) a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in high locations (outdoor building facades), lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, operate machinery, and work on scaffolding.
- Must be able to read, write and speak proficient English. Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish).
- Valid driver's license required.
