We are a leading company in metal, stone, wood, and facade restoration and maintenance, and we’re looking for an experienced Building Renovation Tradesperson to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. - Shifts: Primarily 2nd & 3rd shift, occasional 1st shift.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on restoration and maintenance of architectural metal, wood, and stone surfaces.
- Utilize swing machines, buffers, hand tools, and HVLP sprayers to strip, polish, and refinish surfaces (once trained).
- Restore material finishes while respecting surface texture, grain, and historic integrity.
- Follow detailed work instructions from other technicians and foreman along with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with foremen and project managers to complete high-quality work on time.
- Employ methods and processes that eliminate waste.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in one or all the following trades: metal, wood, stone, or facade restoration/maintenance.
- Skilled in one or more techniques such as buffing, polishing, refinishing, or repair.
- Experience with swing-machine buffing and/or HVLP spray finishing is a strong plus.
- Must be able to adhere to standard operating procedures.
- Ability to work in high locations (outdoor building facades), lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, operate machinery, and work on scaffolding.
- Must be able to read, write and speak proficient English.
- Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish).
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and aptitude to grow into a lead or foreman role.
- Must be thorough, detailed, and conscientious with the execution of work.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Valid driver's license required.
