We are a leading company in metal, stone, wood, and facade restoration and maintenance, and we’re looking for an experienced Building Renovation Tradesperson to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on restoration and maintenance of architectural metal, wood, and stone surfaces.
• Utilize swing machines, buffers, hand tools, and HVLP sprayers to strip, polish, and refinish surfaces (once trained).
• Restore material finishes while respecting surface texture, grain, and historic integrity.
• Follow detailed work instructions from other technicians and foreman along with safety protocols.
• Collaborate with foremen and project managers to complete high-quality work on time.
• Employ methods and processes that eliminate waste.

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of experience in one or all the following trades: metal, wood, stone, or facade restoration/maintenance.
• Skilled in one or more techniques such as buffing, polishing, refinishing, or repair.
• Experience with swing-machine buffing and/or HVLP spray finishing is a strong plus.

• Must be able to adhere to standard operating procedures.
• Ability to work in high locations (outdoor building facades), lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, operate machinery, and work on scaffolding.
• Must be able to read, write and speak proficient English.
• Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish).
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and aptitude to grow into a lead or foreman role.
• Must be thorough, detailed, and conscientious with the execution of work.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Valid driver's license required.
